Wellness Today Spa strives to provide the highest level of service to our clients and provide a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to start and grow their therapy business as independent contractors. Wellness Today Spa is committed to job creation and the advancement of entrepreneurship. Each Therapist Partner is an independent contractor and not an employee of Wellness Today Spa.
We expect professionalism, positivity, adherence to ethics and respect of decency, laws, staff, equipment and the facilities. If Wellness Today Spa determines that a Therapist Partner is not acting accordingly, at its sole discretion, Wellness today Spa can end this relationship and cancel the subscription at any time.
We offer the following Therapist Partner subscription options to licensed, insured independent massage therapists, counselors, healers, estheticians, waxing professionals and other beauty and health professionals.
Level 1 Therapist Partner: $20 per month and $20 per session
As a Level 1 Member, you agree to subscribe via PayPal to monthly payments of $20 per month. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
This $20 per month membership fee grants you the opportunity to schedule 60 minute sessions at Wellness Today Spa through our online portal. When you schedule a 60 minute session through the online portal, you will pay $20 per 60 minute session. When you and your client arrive at your scheduled time, you can expect Wellness Today Spa to provide a clean, quiet room with a massage table ready for you to provide treatment. At the end of your session, we ask that you change the linen in preparation for the next client.
A 60 minute session is inclusive of any prep time with the client, their undressing and their dressing. Please let your clients know they should be there early to check in and then undress and dress quickly to allow for the room to be prepared for the next client. You can talk with them in the waiting area before and after your scheduled time.
There are no additional fees. Whatever you charge your client for the 60 minute session is between you and your client. Please explain that the 60 minutes includes their check in, undress and dress time.
If you would like to book the entire spa (all 3 rooms and the lobby area) you would book 4 rooms for the number of hours for the event. 4 rooms for one hour is equal to 4 sessions. 4 rooms for 2 hours is equal to 8 sessions. 4 rooms for 3 hours is equal to 12 sessions. This must be done 30 days in advance with approval from Wellness Today Spa management prior to booking on the online portal. We can create a payment arrangement to reduce your upfront costs.

Level 2 Member: $100 per month for 6 standing sessions and marketing assistance
As a Level 2 Member, you agree to subscribe via PayPal to monthly payments of $100 per month. You may cancel your subscription and/ or downgrade your subscription at any time.
This $100 per month membership fee grants you the opportunity to schedule six 60 minute sessions at Wellness Today Spa through our online portal. There are no additional fees for scheduling your sessions. When you and your client arrive at your scheduled time, you can expect Wellness Today Spa to provide a clean, quiet room with a massage table ready for you to provide treatment. At the end of your session, we ask that you change the linen in preparation for the next client.
Level 2 Members have the option of having standing, set scheduled hours each month. This helps with providing consistency to your clients and to your work/ personal schedule.
There are no additional fees. Whatever you charge your client for the 60 minute sessions is between you and your client. As an independent contractor it is your responsibility to book your clients and your sessions. No refunds will be given for time not booked or no show clients.

Additionally, we will help you grow your practice. Level 2 and 3 Members will have access to marketing templates, training sessions to learn new techniques, open houses where new clients can come and meet you, and you would be eligible to participate in Wellness Today Spa events where you will be paid $35 per hour for your time. And, you will be eligible to be chosen to earn $35 per hour servicing Wellness Today Spa clients who have signed up for sessions through our website. And, we will help market your events and provide business consulting to help you grow.

There are no additional fees for scheduling your sessions.
